TAX AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and custom duties as they enter your country; we can not calculate them in advance as they vary from different countries.

TAX DOCUMENTATION
For every purchase Floriani astucci S.r.l. will always issue an invoice, by using the data supplied by the customer in the proper order form; the invoice will accompany the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The sales of products via Internet are regulated by Leg. Decree no. 185 dated 05/22/1999, which rules the information about these type of contract, that is, the sales out of a shopping centre.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, that is to say the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
This right is only reserved to individuals (consumers) and it can not be exercised from a legal person and from individuals who act with purposes related to their professional activity.
The customer has the right of withdrawal on the contract, without any penalty, within 10 business days from the reception of the items.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send by registered mail with a form of acknowledgement of receipt to Floriani astucci S.r.l. - Via Fratelli Rosselli n. 2, 40012 Calderara di Reno (BO), Italy - the communication of the withdrawal, specifying the description and quantity of the items you intend to return.
This communication may be previously sent by fax to (+39) 051 726304 or via e-mail to , provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of return or by sending a certified mail to , within 48 hours.
The costs of returning the product are totally chargeable to the customer, who therefore can choose at his discretion the most suitable forwarder.
Floriani astucci S.r.l. will reject any returned item, for which the shipping costs have not already been paid in full by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal decays if the returned item is not complete, namely:
- Loss of the original packaging
- Lack of elements of the product
- Damage of the product
As the items will be valued in their integrity, we will refund the value of the returned item as soon as possible.
CONTROVERSIES
In case of disputes or complaints regarding purchases made on our website, we inform the customer that, within the European Union, it is possible to use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform as a means of resolving disputes. We will always strive to find a solution directly with the customer, but if a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached, ODR can provide a valid alternative system that does not require complex legal procedures.
